Position Overview: As the B2B Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying, cultivating, and closing deals with a diverse range of clients, including corporates, financial institutions, technology companies, architectural and design firms, educational institutions, SMEs, government offices, and co-working spaces. Your expertise in B2B sales and relationship-building will contribute to expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. B2B Sales Strategy:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to target key sectors, including corporates, financial institutions, technology companies, and others.
    • Identify and prioritize high-value accounts to maximize revenue opportunities.
  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in targeted industries.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
  3. Deal Negotiation and Closure:

    • Lead negotiations and successfully close deals with a focus on corporate clients, financial institutions, technology companies, and other relevant sectors.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful execution of agreements.
  4. Market Expansion:

    • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends within the B2B landscape.
    • Explore and develop new business channels to expand the company's market reach.
  5. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
